Lucknow: The Uttar Pradesh govt on Friday ordered the transfer and posting of seven Indian Police Service officers in a minor administrative reshuffle.Brijesh Kumar Singh, who was serving as senior superintendent of police in Badaun district, was transferred and posted as superintendent of police (logistics) at the Uttar Pradesh Police headquarters in Lucknow. He will be replaced by Ankita Sharma, who was earlier serving as superintendent of police in Kasganj district and is now appointed as the new SSP of Badaun.In another key change, Anup Kumar Singh, who was posted as superintendent of police in Fatehpur, was transferred and attached to the office of the director general of police at the Uttar Pradesh police headquarters in Lucknow.Following this move, Abhimanyu Manglik, who was serving as superintendent of police in Bhadohi, was posted as the new SP of Fatehpur. He will be replaced by Abhinav Tyagi, who was earlier serving as additional superintendent of police (city) in Gorakhpur.Meanwhile, Om Prakash Singh, who was posted as SP (logistics) in Lucknow, was transferred to Kasganj as superintendent of police, replacing Ankita Sharma.Nimish Dashrath Patil, who was serving as additional deputy commissioner of police in the Ghaziabad police commissionerate, was posted as additional superintendent of police (city) in Gorakhpur.
