Lucknow: The fissure in the Daliganj underpass has now widened, commuters said, expressing concern over their safety as vehicles and trains continue to use the stretch daily.The underpass near the convention centre, which links the old city with newer parts of the city, witnesses the movement of over 15,000 vehicles every day. With the cracks already visible, it feels risky to use this route,” said a Daliganj resident, Sandeep Singh. LMC said the seepage and structural damage were noted. They said the engineering team inspected the site, and communication was initiated with Indian Railways for a detailed structural assessment.
