NEW DELHI: A Bengal court on Wednesday issued an arrest warrant against Trinamool Congress (TMC) MP Mahua Moitra for allegedly failing to honour summons in a hate speech case.The case relates to comments Moitra made at a news conference in Nadia in Aug 2025 while speaking about infiltration along the India-Bangladesh border.
