SULTANPUR: An 80-year-old man died after a speeding SUV collided with his motorcycle in UP’S Gosaiganj, police said on Tuesday.The incident occurred on Monday night.The victim identified as Ram Anuj Mishra, a resident of Garhwara, was returning home after attending an event when the accident happened near his locality.According to Circle Officer R K Chaturvedi, the SUV, a Bolero travelling from Katka towards Akbarpur, struck Mishra’s motorcycle from behind as he was turning towards his house. Mishra sustained critical injuries and was rushed to hospital but died on the way.Police have seized the vehicle involved in the accident. The body has been sent for post-mortem examination.
