Barabanki: In a key step towards empowering youth with digital skills, Tara Sri Foundation, in collaboration with CII Foundation, New Delhi, has launched a three-month digital literacy training programme in Barabanki.The event was inaugurated by Vibha, the founder of the foundation. The initiative is being implemented with the support of CII Foundation (CIIF) and Infosys. A total of 60 youths were selected for the programme. During the three-month course, participants will receive essential knowledge and practical skills related to computers and digital technology. The training will cover basic computer operations, MS Office, internet usage, email communication, online application processes, digital payment systems, and cyber security. Along with regular classes, special workshops will also be organised during the training period to enhance participants’ learning experience. The programme will also introduce participants to basic Artificial Intelligence tools and digital creativity platforms such as Canva. Through these sessions, participants will learn how AI can assist in everyday digital tasks, content creation, and productivity. Training on Canva will help them develop skills in graphic design, digital presentations, posters, and social media content creation, which can support education, entrepreneurship, and employment opportunities.
