DRDO CEPTAM 11 exam city: The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) has released the examination city details for the Centre for Personnel Talent Management (CEPTAM) 11 Tier I computer-based test (CBT). Candidates who successfully applied for posts under the recruitment cycle can now check their allotted exam city on the official DRDO website.The Tier I screening examination has been scheduled for March 23, 2026. According to an official notice issued on March 5, 2026, the exam will be conducted for candidates who completed the application process for the Senior Technical Assistant-B and Technician-A posts.Exam city details released, admit card to followRecruitment authorities stated that the city intimation has been made available ahead of the examination. The admit card download link will be activated on the DRDO website shortly.Candidates will need to log in to the recruitment portal to download their hall tickets once they are released. The admit card will contain key details such as the examination centre, reporting time and instructions to be followed on the examination day.Applicants will also receive alerts regarding the release of the admit card through their registered email IDs and mobile numbers. Candidates have been advised to regularly check the official DRDO website for updates related to the recruitment process.Steps to download DRDO CEPTAM 11 admit cardOnce the admit card link is activated, candidates can follow these steps to access the document:Step 1: Visit the official DRDO website at www.drdo.gov.in.Step 2: Locate the CEPTAM or recruitment section on the homepage.Step 3: Click on the “CEPTAM-11 Tier-I Admit Card” link.Step 4: Enter the registration number and password or date of birth.Step 5: Submit the details to view the admit card.Step 6: Download and print the hall ticket for use on the examination day.Vacancy details under CEPTAM 11 recruitmentThe recruitment drive includes vacancies for Senior Technical Assistant-B and Technician-A posts.The Senior Technical Assistant-B post falls under Level 6 pay of the 7th Central Pay Commission, ranging from Rs 35,400 to Rs 1,12,400, with 561 vacancies. The Technician-A post is placed in Level 2 pay, ranging from Rs 19,900 to Rs 63,200, with 203 vacancies.The age limit for both posts is 18 to 28 years. In total, the CEPTAM-11 recruitment process covers 764 vacancies.Examination pattern and selection processThe CEPTAM selection process is conducted in two stages. Tier I is an objective-type screening test lasting 90 to 120 minutes depending on the post, with 120 to 150 questions.The paper includes sections on Quantitative Aptitude, General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Awareness and General Science. Candidates must secure at least 40 per cent marks in the General and OBC categories and 35 per cent in the SC and ST categories to qualify.Tier II is a post-specific examination. For Senior Technical Assistant-B posts, it covers discipline-based engineering subjects, while Technician-A candidates will appear for ITI trade-related topics and skill tests.
