Lucknow: Policymakers, doctors and industry leaders will discuss ways to transform the healthcare ecosystem for a Viksit Bharat on Wednesday at the second edition of the ET Government Uttar Pradesh Healthcare Conclave 2026.The inaugural session, titled, ‘Transforming UP’s Healthcare Infrastructure’ will be attended by deputy CM Brajesh Pathak.State minister Mayankeshwar Sharan Singh will be the guest of honour. The keynote will be delivered by Amit Kumar Ghosh, additional chief secretary, while Dr G N Singh and Dr Manoj Jhalani (WHO SEARO) will attend as special guests. The first panel discussion, ‘Strengthening Primary Healthcare & Ayushman Bharat Integration,’ will feature Dr Karthik Adapa (WHO SEARO), Dr S Venkataramanaiah (IIM Lucknow), Mahendra Yadav (NHM UP), Nipun Lodha (Lords Mark Industries), Dr Saurabh Garg (POCT Group) and Jay Kumar Gupta (SIDBI). The second session, ‘Strengthening Cancer Care in UP’, will include Prof M L B Bhatt (Kalyan Singh Super Specialty Cancer Institute), Dr Shaleen Kumar (SGPGIMS), Col Varun Bajpai (SGPGIMS), Dr Syed Mohammad Fauzan Akhtar (Integral University) and Dr Minakshi Late (Shukra Pharmaceuticals).
