Delhi JMI recruitment 2025: Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI), Delhi has issued the official notification for the 2025 recruitment of non-teaching posts, opening a total of 143 vacancies across multiple administrative cadres. The recruitment notice, listed under Advt No. 01/ 2025-26, outlines posts including MTS, LDC clerk, assistant, section officer and deputy registrar, with applications accepted through the university portal.From the notice given, online application was initiated from 27 June 2025 and lasted until 05 August 2025 after being extended. The written test for the announced positions will be held on 25 April 2026 in Delhi.Distribution of vacancies and eligibilityThe vacancies are offered in five cadres, wherein there are 60 Multi Tasking Staff vacancies, the eligibility criteria for which is at least Class 10; six Lower Division Clerk vacancies that require graduation with typing; twelve Assistant vacancies that require graduates having three years of experience and knowledge of computers; nine Section Officer vacancies, the criteria of which are that they be graduates having three years of experience, while for two Deputy Registrars’ vacancies, the eligibility criteria are master’s degree holders having not less than 55 percent marks and five years of experience. The application fee for General, OBC, and EWS category aspirants would be ₹1000 for posts of Deputy Registrar and ₹700 for other posts, while ₹500 for the SC category candidate and ₹350 for ST category candidates. The PWD category applicants are exempted from paying the application fee.The current Recruitment process under Advertisement Number 01/2025-26 is being conducted by Jamia Millia Islamia University through its official website jmi.ac.in for non-teaching posts of various levels in Administrative Departments at Delhi, and the examination will be held on 25 April 2026, and all selected candidates shall be subjected to document verification and medical tests before taking up the appointment as per university recruitment norms and eligibility criteria specified in the official notification dated 27 June 2025.Further details can be obtained from the official notification published in the university website for the benefit of applicants only.
