The Bihar Technical Services Commission has released the admit card for document verification under Advertisement No. 23/2025 for recruitment to the post of staff nurse. The process relates to candidates who qualified in the Computer Based Test conducted for appointments under the Health Department, Bihar.According to the official notice issued from the Commission’s office at Harding Road, Patna, document verification will be conducted in two shifts over a defined period. Candidates shortlisted on the basis of category-wise merit are required to appear as per the allotted schedule published on the Commission’s website.Verification schedule and call letter accessThe document verification process is scheduled to take place in two daily shifts, from 10:00 AM to 01:30 PM and from 02:00 PM to 05:30 PM. It will be held at the Bihar Technical Services Commission premises in Patna.Candidates invited for verification can download their call letter by logging in to the official portal using their application or registration number, registered mobile number and date of birth. Access requires OTP authentication sent to the registered mobile number. Entry to the premises will not be permitted without the call letter.• Direct link to download the admit card Revised eligibility criteria and qualificationsThe Commission has notified amendments to eligibility conditions following implementation of revised Bihar Nursing Cadre Rules. The minimum qualification includes completion of General Nursing and Midwifery from a recognised institute, with candidates holding B.Sc. Nursing also eligible.Applicants must be registered with any Union or State Nursing Council at the time of application. However, registration with the Bihar Nursing Registration Council is mandatory before appointment.Documents required for verificationCandidates must produce original certificates along with two self-attested copies during verification. Required documents include matriculation certificate, identity proof, address proof, educational qualification certificates, mark sheets and nursing registration certificate.Additional documents include caste or reservation certificates, work experience certificates in prescribed format, disability certificate if applicable, and proof for claims such as freedom fighter dependency. A copy of the online application form and photographs must also be submitted.Mandatory compliance and disqualification rulesFailure to produce original educational qualification documents or valid nursing registration certificates will result in disqualification. Candidates with qualifications outside prescribed criteria will also be rejected.Work experience benefits will be granted only if certificates are issued in the specified format by authorised officials. Reservation benefits require valid certificates issued by competent authorities of the state.Candidates are instructed to attend strictly as per their allotted date and shift to complete the verification process.
