AP Inter results 2026: The Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh (BIEAP), headquartered in Guntur, has announced that the AP Inter 1st and 2nd year results 2026 will be declared on April 15 from 10:31 AM onwards. Students who appeared for the Intermediate Public Examinations (IPE) held in March will be able to access their results online through the official portal.The Intermediate Public Examinations were conducted between February 23 and March 24, with a total of over 10.57 lakh students registered across both years. Of these, more than 5.31 lakh candidates appeared for the first year examinations, while over 5.26 lakh students took the second year exams. The results will be released simultaneously for both groups.Official result time and access detailsAs per the notification issued by the Secretary, BIEAP, from Tadepalli, the results will be made available from 10:31 AM on April 15. Students can check their marks on the official website, resultsbie.ap.gov.in, by entering their hall ticket number and other required credentials.Apart from the website, the board has also enabled access through the Mana Mitra WhatsApp service. Students can send a “Hi” message to 9552300009 and follow the prompts to receive their marks memo directly on their mobile devices. This additional facility is expected to ease access during peak traffic hours.Examination scale and participationThe AP Intermediate examinations witnessed large-scale participation this year, with over 10.57 lakh students registered. First-year students were provided with a 32-page answer booklet, while second-year students received a 24-page booklet.Subjects such as Mathematics 1A and 1B, along with Botany and Zoology, were merged to reduce the examination burden. Additionally, one-mark questions were introduced in key subjects to enhance objective evaluation and align the syllabus with national-level entrance examinations such as JEE and NEET.Details on marks memo and next stepsThe AP Inter marks memo will include essential details such as student name, hall ticket number, subject-wise marks, total marks, grade, and qualifying status. Students are advised to verify all details carefully after downloading the provisional certificate.The online marks memo will serve as a provisional document for admissions, while original certificates will be issued later through respective institutions. Students who are not satisfied with their results will have the option to apply for recounting by paying Rs 100 per subject, with the process expected to begin in April.Candidates who do not qualify will be able to appear for supplementary examinations, while improvement exams will also be available for those seeking to enhance their scores.
