Lucknow: The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has received 110 applications, including 85 on Monday, under its one-time settlement (OTS) scheme, for information regarding dues pending on the properties purchased by them.A help desk has also been set up at the LDA office to assist allottees with online applications. The LDA is also organising camps across its projects. An OTS camp at Bhawani Market, Jankipuram Extension, will continue on Tuesday, offering on-the-spot support.Deputy secretary Madhvesh Kumar said that the scheme is open till July 17. It covers residential and commercial properties, plots allotted to govt institutions and schools, charitable organisations, auctioned properties, cooperative housing societies and building map approvals.Allottees who defaulted on instalments and were charged penal or compound interest can avail themselves of relief under the scheme.
