Lucknow: On the directions of Mayor Sushma Kharakwal, Lucknow Municipal Corporation on Tuesday issued a notice for a special session of the House on Apr 23.Though the notice does not specify the agenda, the mayor said, a motion to condemn those who opposed the constitutional amendment related to implementation of Women Reservation Bill in the Parliament could be taken up.Opposition parties have objected to the move.
