The Indian armed forces targeted multiple launchpads linked to groups like Lashkar-e-Taiba, Jaish-e-Mohammed, and Hizbul Mujahideen, which significantly degraded their operational capabilities. The operation prompted retaliatory measures from Pakistan, including drone incursions and cross-border shelling, triggering a brief but intense four-day military escalation.
