MUMBAI: Citing heavy deployment of security personnel in Bengal ahead of polls, Shiv Sena UBT chief Uddhav Thackeray Tuesday slammed the BJP-led Centre and backed CM Mamata Banerjee, saying, “A lone woman is fighting like a tigress; she is bound to win.”“To defeat this single woman, 2,00,000 CRPF personnel have been deployed. When Manipur was in flames, there were 30,000 troops. How is one supposed to vote?” he said at a meeting in Dadar. He added that if Banerjee loses, BJP will claim credit.
