Akshay Kumar’s ‘Bhoot Bangla’ is keeping it slow and steady at the box office. The film has been earning decently during the weekdays. The horror comedy is in its second week at the cinemas, and it is inching towards Rs 200 crore global collections. After witnessing a drop on second Monday, it showed a slight growth in numbers on the following Tuesday.

The Priyadarshan directorial minted Rs 84.40 crore in its first week at theaters. Now, as per the Sacnilk report, the film showcased a growth of 19.2% on Day 12 as compared to its Day 11 collections. On Day 12, the film earned Rs 4.35 crore across 9,117 shows. With that, the total India gross collections are Rs 144.25 crore, and total India net earnings have reached Rs 121.40 crore.

The Akshay Kumar starrer raked in Rs 100 crore globally in just four days of its release in cinemas. Now, the film is aiming to add another Rs 100 crore to its overall collections. On Day 12, the film netted Rs 1.5 crore overseas, pushing total overseas gross to Rs 51 crore. With that, the total worldwide gross collection of the movie has reached Rs 195.25 crore.

Akshay Kumar’s horror comedy is currently facing competition from the newly released biopic on Michael Jackson titled ‘Michael’, starring Jaafar Jackson, and Ranveer Singh’s ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’, directed by Aditya Dhar.
