Lucknow: Seth MR Jaipuria Schools’ inter-school cultural festival, Crescendo, culminated in its 9th edition on Saturday, celebrating India’s cultural heritage under the theme ‘Bharat Vandan — A Cultural Ode to India’.The festival featured over 100 events and saw participation from more than 5,000 students representing at least 60 schools across six states.While Seth MR Jaipuria School’s Gomti Nagar, Lucknow branch emerged champion, Parao and Babatpur branches of Varanasi bagged second and third spots, respectively.Spanning performing, literary and visual arts, the festival showcased classical and folk traditions alongside contemporary creativity, with competitions ranging from dance and music to debate, painting and theatre.Using AI, students created movies, music and artwork using prompts, but made sure that there was no artificial intelligence in creative thinking, writing and display of talent.Chief guest Anil Kumar Rastogi and other dignitaries lauded the platform for nurturing creativity and cultural awareness.
