CHENNAI: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has extended by one day the deadline for Class XII students to apply for scanned copies of evaluated answer sheets. Now, the last date to apply for scanned copies is May 23. The decision follows technical snags faced several students who tried to log onto the website. CBSE regional office (Chennai) told TOI that the snags were caused by a sudden spike in traffic on the website. While some students had successfully applied for answer sheet copies, several were unable to log in. Other dates, however, remain unchanged. The revaluation and verification of issues raised by students will be held from May 26 to 29.
