Rajeev Nigam has been elected president of the Shipra Apartment Residents Welfare Association of the city. The new board took over after elections on Sunday. Other officer-bearers are, Hari Mohan Shukla, vice-president, Sanjay Kumar Bannerjee, secretary and Ratan Behari Asthana, treasurer. Dr Tushar Mohan, SK Jauhari, Lava Singh, SK Srivastava, Subhash Singh and Vishal Pandey are the board members.
