Lucknow: A one-act play, ‘Hey Handsome’, was staged at the Balraj Sahni auditorium on Monday.The play, organised by Sambhav Seva Samiti, marked the culmination of the organisation’s 30-day theatre workshop.Written by Jaivardhan and directed by Suryansh Saxena, the play highlighted the loneliness faced by elderly people, particularly widows and widowers, and their need for companionship.Addressing the audience after the performance, Jaivardhan said the production uses humour to draw attention to emotional isolation in old age.
