A large number of party office-bearers, public representatives and workers participated in the event and pledged to protect the environment.Chaudhary said that the path shown by Prime Minister Narendra Modi — balancing development with environmental conservation — serves as a model for the entire world today. He noted that over the past 12 years, India has achieved unprecedented milestones in the fields of economy, social welfare, infrastructure, agriculture, women’s empowerment, the welfare of the poor and environmental conservation. He emphasised that the “Ek ped maa ke naam” campaign is not merely a tree-planting activity but a national mass movement honouring Indian culture and ‘Matrushakti’ (the power of motherhood) while championing nature conservation.Dharampal Singh said that the BJP is not just a political organisation but a social entity committed to the cause of nation-building. He emphasised that environmental conservation is a critical need of the hour and that every citizen has a responsibility to play an active role in protecting nature.
