Lucknow: Northern Railway’s Lucknow divisional railway manager Sunil Kumar Verma inspected the Lucknow–Alamnagar–Transport Nagar–Utretia rail section on Saturday, reviewing passenger amenities, cleanliness and commercial activities at stations.At Alamnagar station, he reviewed the station building, entry and exit points, drinking water facilities, water coolers and drainage arrangements, directing officials to prioritise passenger convenience and cleanliness.At Transport Nagar station, Verma stressed the need to expand commercial activities, optimise the use of available space and maintain cleanliness in station and parking areas.During his visit to Utraitia junction, the DRM inspected the under-construction station building and reviewed the progress of ongoing works. He instructed officials to ensure cleanliness on the station premises and main entrance area while exploring opportunities to boost revenue through enhanced commercial activities.
