Lucknow: Chief minister Yogi Adityanath cancelled all his official engagements scheduled for June 23 in light of the Aliganj fire. The CM was scheduled to inaugurate and lay foundation stones for 143 development projects worth Rs 548 crore in Hathras on Tuesday, followed by a review meeting of development works and law and order in Agra.The CM was in the middle of an official engagement in Aligarh when he received the news of the fire on Monday afternoon. He cut short his visit and headed to Lucknow, where he first visited the fire site and then met victims and their family members at KGMU.
