LUCKNOW: Twenty-six-year-old Jayant Gupta, one of the two survivors of the Aliganj fire tragedy, remains in critical condition and is undergoing treatment in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at King George’s Medical University.CMS Trauma centre KGMU Prof Prem Raj Singh said they are conducting an MRI scan to rule out a possible spinal fracture. Gupta sustained multiple injuries in the incident and is under close monitoring.The other woman survivor continues to be admitted to casualty and is reported to be stable.At least 15 people lost their lives in the massive fire that broke out in a commercial building in Aliganj on Monday. Authorities are investigating the cause of the blaze.
