Rajasthan RSSB VDO final result 2026: The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSSB), Jaipur, has announced the final result for the Gram Vikas Adhikari (Village Development Officer) recruitment examination. The Rajasthan VDO Final Result 2026 was released on June 24, 2026, bringing the recruitment process for 850 vacancies to its final stage.The recruitment drive was conducted for candidates who had qualified in the Common Eligibility Test (CET) (Graduation Level)-2024. Candidates who appeared in the selection process can now check the merit list and final selection status through the official recruitment portal of RSSB.Recruitment process conducted for 850 vacanciesRSSB had issued the notification for Gram Vikas Adhikari recruitment in 2025 for a total of 850 posts across Rajasthan. The online application process commenced on June 19, 2025, and remained open until July 25, 2025.The posts were divided between Non-Scheduled Area and Scheduled Area vacancies. Of the total vacancies, 683 posts were earmarked for Non-Scheduled Areas and 167 for Scheduled Areas. The prescribed age limit for the recruitment was 18 to 40 years, with January 1, 2026, fixed as the reference date for age calculation. Age relaxation provisions were applicable as per government rules.Among the category-wise vacancies, the General category accounted for 271 posts in Non-Scheduled Areas and 97 posts in Scheduled Areas. Other allocations included 123 posts for OBC, 23 for MBC, 115 for SC, 92 for ST and 59 for EWS candidates in Non-Scheduled Areas. Scheduled Area vacancies also included 7 posts for SC candidates and 63 posts for ST candidates.Examination timeline and feesThe written examination for the recruitment was conducted on November 2, 2025. RSSB declared the written examination result on December 19, 2025, before releasing the final result on June 24, 2026.Application fees were fixed at Rs 600 for General category candidates, Creamy Layer OBC and MBC applicants, as well as candidates from other states. Rajasthan’s Non-Creamy Layer OBC, MBC, EWS, SC, ST and Persons with Disabilities categories were required to pay Rs 400.The final merit list marks the completion of the recruitment process for the 850 Gram Vikas Adhikari posts notified by RSSB.
