Hrithik Roshan once gave his parents, Rakesh Roshan and Pinkie Roshan, the scare of their lives as a child, all because he secretly wanted to watch a film. The actor recalled the amusing incident during an appearance on ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ alongside his filmmaker father, Rakesh Roshan.Sharing the story, Rakesh revealed that the family had returned home only to realise that young Hrithik was nowhere to be found. Despite searching every room in the house, there was no sign of him, leaving the family increasingly worried.Rakesh Roshan said, “We came back home. He had returned from school, but wasn’t at home. We checked all the rooms. Our bedroom was locked, and we had the keys. So, there was no question of his being in the bedroom. It had been 2-3 hours, but we couldn’t find him. We even called the police.”What no one knew at the time was that Hrithik had quietly slipped into his parents’ locked bedroom through a small window. His only goal was to watch the VHS of ‘Batman v Superman’. While watching it, he eventually fell asleep inside the room.Recalling the incident, Hrithik shared, “I was actually inside my parents’ room. There was a small window. So, I opened it and went inside because I wanted to see ‘Batman v Superman’ cartoon and the VHS was inside. While watching the movie, I went to sleep, and when I woke up, I saw my mom walking outside that window, crying.” The actor said he was confused about why his mother was crying until she suddenly spotted him through the window, overwhelmed with relief.Hrithik added that instead of scolding him after the ordeal, his parents simply hugged him, relieved that he was safe. On the professional front, Hrithik has ventured into the OTT space as a producer with his upcoming web series, ‘Storm’. The show features an ensemble cast including Parvathy Thiruvothu, Alaya F, Srishti Shrivastava, Rrama Sharma and Saba Azad.‘Storm’ has been created and directed by Ajitpal Singh, best known for the acclaimed series ‘Tabbar’.
