Lucknow: The Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, has concluded the final cycle of placements for its 2024-26 batch. During the month-long placements exercise held in Jan, more than 580 offers were made to 559 students of the Post Graduate Programme. The highest domestic salary offered to a student was Rs 1 crore per annum, an increase of Rs 25 lakh from last year. The highest international package was Rs 65 lakh per annum, same as last year. The average salary offered was Rs 33.2 lakh per annum. The highest job offers came from the field of consultancy.Students were placed in a variety of roles, including consultancy, finance, general management, product management, sales and marketing, operations and retail, and e-commerce, with top recruiters from across the globe offering jobs.The recruitment drive was conducted in hybrid mode and witnessed participation from more than 200 domestic and international recruiters. “This dual mode ensured seamless interaction, accommodating the needs of both remote and on-campus participants, making the process more inclusive and accessible,” said an IIML press release.Top recruiters such as Accenture, Aditya Birla Group, Adobe, Amazon, Alvarez and Marsal, American Express, Bain and Company, Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, Goldman Sachs, Google, JP Morgan, Kearney, Landmark Group, McKinsey and Company, Media.net, Microsoft, Navi, Procter and Gamble, PwC, RIL, and Tata Administrative Services offered a wide range of roles across different industries.
