Lucknow: The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has lodged an FIR against a private real estate firm and unidentified persons for allegedly creating a forged no objection certificate ( NOC) for LDA-acquired land in Ardonamau village of Gomti Nagar Extension.The alleged fraud surfaced during an inquiry ordered by LDA vice-chairperson Prathamesh Kumar. Officials found that the NOC, purportedly issued by the authority, carried fake signatures and a forged office seal.According to LDA, the land was acquired in 2001 under the Gomti Nagar Extension scheme and is vested with the state govt and the authority. The forged document was allegedly prepared to facilitate development activities on the land.Following the probe, LDA’s naib tehsildar filed an FIR at Sushant Golf City police station.
