Lucknow: The Lucknow Police Commissionerate claimed to have secured the top rank in Uttar Pradesh in the state’s Integrated Grievance Redressal System (IGRS) for June 2026 after scoring 100% in govt’s monthly assessment of complaint disposal.Police also said 50 police stations under the commissionerate also secured a 100% score.JCP (crime), Aparna Kumar, attributed the achievement to regular monitoring of pending complaints, time-bound disposal, quality checks and a feedback mechanism that seeks responses from complainants after their grievances are addressed.Lucknow Police Commissioner, Amrendra K Sengar, said the ranking reflects efforts to ensure transparency, accountability and prompt disposal of complaints received through the IGRS portal, the state’s online public grievance redressal platform.
