UPSC IFSE 2025 main results: The Union Public Service Commission has declared the results of the Indian Forest Service (Main) Examination, 2025, held from November 16 to November 23, 2025. Candidates whose roll numbers appear in the official list have qualified for the Personality Test (Interview) stage of the selection process.The Commission stated that the candidature of all shortlisted candidates is provisional and subject to verification of eligibility. Candidates will be required to produce original documents supporting their claims related to age, educational qualifications, community status, EWS category, PwBD status, and other applicable certificates at the time of the interview.Interview schedule and e-summon processThe Personality Tests will be conducted at the Commission’s office at Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi. The detailed schedule and e-Summon Letters will be released on the official websites, and candidates must download them online. No separate paper summon letters will be issued.Candidates unable to download their e-Summon Letters have been advised to contact the Commission immediately through phone, fax, or email. The Commission also clarified that requests for changes in the date and time of the interview will ordinarily not be entertained.Mandatory update of online detailsAll candidates shortlisted for the Personality Test must fill or update required fields in the Online Application Form (OAF). This includes educational qualification status along with proof of passing the qualifying examination. Failure to upload the necessary documents will result in cancellation of candidature and non-issuance of the e-Summon Letter.Where candidates are updating their details, they may also be required to update their correspondence and permanent address, higher educational qualifications, achievements, employment or service experience, previous service allocation details, marital status, parental information, previous examination attempts, OBC or EWS annexures, PwBD recommendations, and socio, economic status.Candidates who have already uploaded the required information earlier must still log in, verify the details, and submit the form to generate the e-Summon Letter.Submission window and cadre preference rulesThe Commission has provided a 15-day window from the declaration of the written result for updating mandatory details and uploading proof of qualification. Candidates will be able to use the online submission facility from 27.02.2026 till 13.03.2026, 6:00 PM only. No appeal will be considered after the expiry of this period for submission of information by candidates.Besides updating the personal information, the window will also be open for candidates to change their cadre preferences and related details. No request for change in cadre preference shall be entertained after submission. Cadre allocation shall be done as per the policy prevailing at the time of allotment, giving due consideration to the preferences of candidates.Additional provisions and result statusFurthermore, after the submission of the necessary information, a reference number unique to the candidate will be sent to his/her email or mobile via SMS. In case of any change in the address or contact details, it must be intimated within seven days of the issue of the press note through the approved channels.The Commission will upload mark sheets of all candidates within 15 days after publication of the final result following the interviews, and these will remain available for 30 days. The result of one petitioner candidate has been kept in a sealed cover in compliance with an interim order of the Gujarat High Court in SCA No. 12450/2025.
