Lucknow: Air India Express is set to commence its daily non-stop flight service between Lucknow and Abu Dhabi from Thursday.Flight IX901 will depart from Lucknow at 3.15 pm and arrive in Abu Dhabi at 5.45 pm (local time). The return flight IX902 will depart Abu Dhabi at 6.45 pm (local time) and arrive in Lucknow at 12.20 am (next day).With the launch of this service, passengers travelling between Lucknow and Abu Dhabi will now have two direct flight options. Until now, the route was served only by IndiGo flight 6E1415, which commenced operations on May 11 this year.“The addition of Air India Express on the route is expected to enhance connectivity for business travellers, tourists, students and the large Indian diaspora residing in the UAE. It will also provide passengers with greater flexibility in terms of flight timings and airline choice, while further strengthening economic and cultural ties between Uttar Pradesh and the United Arab Emirates,” said the spokesperson.
