Students who appeared for the examination can now check and download their scorecards from the official website, bsebexam.com, and other authorised portals. The results have been released for all streams including Science, Commerce, and Arts.

BSEB Inter Result 2025: Important highlights
The overall pass percentage for the Bihar Board Class 12 examination 2026 stands at 85.19%. Among the successful candidates, 5,16,928 students passed in the first division, 5,11,744 in the second division, and 82,425 in the third division.Girls have once again outperformed boys across all streams. Out of 6,70,971 girls who appeared for the examination, 5,78,611 cleared it, recording a pass percentage of 86.23%. In comparison, 6,33,229 boys appeared, of whom 5,32,486 passed, giving a pass percentage of 84.09%.The stream-wise pass percentages further highlight the strong performance of female students. In the Arts stream, 84.53% of girls passed, compared to 79.78% of boys. In Commerce, girls recorded a pass percentage of 94.31%, while boys achieved 92.45%. In the Science stream, 88.79% of girls passed, slightly higher than 86.56% of boys, reflecting the overall academic excellence of female students across all faculties.
BSEB Class 12 Toppers 2026: Science, Arts, and Commerce
The Board announced 26 toppers across all streams, including 19 girls and 7 boys, highlighting strong female performance.
- Science: Aditya Prakash Aman topped with 481 marks (96.20%).
- Arts: Nishu Kumari scored 479 marks (95.80%).
- Commerce: Aditi Kumari secured 480 marks (96.00%).
The list includes the top five candidates from each faculty, with six in Science, thirteen in Arts, and seven in Commerce.
What next for BSEB students
Students must secure at least 33% marks in each subject and in aggregate to pass the examination. Those who are not satisfied with their scores will be able to apply for scrutiny or re-evaluation, with details to be announced soon.Candidates who fail in one or more subjects will get a chance to appear for compartment exams, allowing them to improve their scores without losing an academic year. The online marksheet is provisional, and students will need to collect their original certificates from their respective schools in the coming days.
