Lucknow: Chief secretary SP Goyal on Monday chaired a meeting of the high power committee for 2025-26 related to projects funded under Nabard’s Rural Infrastructure Development Fund (RIDF).The CS reviewed a proposal by the animal husbandry department for a veterinary hospital project. He said that the proposal should be submitted to Nabard for approval at the earliest. While reviewing Projects Yet to be Grounded (PYG) and Slow Moving Projects (SMP), the CS directed the executing departments to provide their detailed information to Nabard. CGM, Nabard, Pankaj Kumar informed the meeting that in the current financial year, new projects of various departments totalling Rs 2,419 crore were sanctioned under RIDF-XXXI, and against the disbursement target of Rs 2,700 crore, Rs 2,713 crore was disbursed.
