EMRS ESSE 2025 Tier-II city slips: The National Education Society for Tribal Students (NESTS) has issued a notice regarding the recruitment of teaching and non-teaching staff for Eklavya Model Residential Schools (EMRS) through the EMRS Staff Selection Examination (ESSE) 2025. The announcement follows the declaration of the Tier-I examination result on January 31, 2026.Candidates shortlisted for the Tier-II examination can now check the city allotted to them for the next stage of the recruitment process. The city intimation slip is accessible through the official examination services portal.City details released onlineAccording to the notice dated March 3, 2026, shortlisted candidates are required to log in using their registration number, beginning with digits 2599, along with the password created during submission of the online application form. The application number must not be used for logging into the portal.The direct link to download the city intimation slip for the Tier-II examination has been activated on the official platform. Candidates are advised to verify their allotted examination city in advance to plan their travel arrangements.NESTS clarified that the admit card containing details of the examination centre and the schedule will be made available two days before the examination.Tier-II examination schedule and mediumThe Tier-II written examination for EMRS Recruitment 2025-26 will be conducted on March 22, 23, 24 and 25, 2026. The recruitment drive covers 7,267 vacancies across various teaching and non-teaching posts.In respect of Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) Regional Language posts, the Tier-II question paper will be set in the respective regional language. For all other posts, the Tier-II examination will be conducted only in Hindi and English medium. The notice states that this arrangement has no link with the language competency or medium opted by candidates in Tier-I.Recruitment overview and selection processThe EMRS Staff Selection Examination 2025 was notified on September 19, 2025, with applications accepted until October 28, 2025. The Tier-I examination was held in December 2025, and results were declared at the end of January.Posts advertised include Principal, PGT, TGT, Female Staff Nurse, Hostel Warden, Accountant, Junior Secretariat Assistant and Lab Attendant. The selection process comprises a written examination, skill test where applicable, document verification and medical examination.
