Lucknow: A concert titled ‘Kaghaz Ki Kashti: A Musical Portrait of Jagjit Singh’ will be staged at the auditorium of Jaipuria Institute, Gomti Nagar, 7 pm onwards on Sunday. There will be live renditions of his immortal songs and life and times of the singer known as much for popularising ghazals as for devotional and Hindi film songs. The special concerts is being presented under the joint aegis of Rajiv Pradhan Productions and Awadh Conclave, two organisations that promote performing arts and culture.
