Lucknow: The Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti Language University (KMCLU) has opened admissions for the 2026-27 academic session on Friday across arts, humanities, social sciences, science, commerce, engineering, law and pharmacy.This year, the university has introduced new courses in artificial intelligence (AI) and biotechnology enriching its already diverse curriculum, which also integrates Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS), SWAYAM and MOOCs.The university provides modern facilities, including smart classrooms, advanced laboratories, IoT and AI labs, media labs, well-stocked libraries, personality development programmes, yoga and wellness sessions, national and international seminars, cultural and sports activities, separate hostels for boys and girls, gyms and medical support, said vice chancellor Prof Ajay Taneja.KMCLU offers a wide range of academic programmes for the 2026-27 session. There are 48 undergraduate courses, 28 postgraduate courses, three UG diploma courses, four PG diploma courses, four certificate courses and PhD programmes across 20 departments. Admissions for BBA, BCA, MBA, MCA, BTech (all branches) and pharmacy will be based on a written test or relevant scores like CUET, NTA, or JEE, while all other programmes will follow merit-based selection.Undergraduate courses include BA, BSc, BTech, BCA, BBA, BCom, BPES, BEd, BA-LLB, LLB, BPharm and DPharm; postgraduate courses include MA, MSc, MTech, MCA, MCom, MBA and LLM. Diploma courses are also available.
