Lucknow: LDA vice-chairman Prathmesh Kumar directed engineers to expedite land-filling and embankment widening for the third phase of the green corridor project before the monsoon.On Tuesday, the LDA vice-chairman inspected the route of the third phase of the green corridor stretch between Pipraghat and Shaheed Path. Kumar reviewed the construction progress of the 5km phase. He issued instructions to complete all soil-related work before the onset of the monsoon to prevent rain-induced delays. During the inspection, several key aspects of the project were also reviewed. Officials were directed to begin construction of a road and a concrete drain linking Sultanpur road near the Mari Mata temple to the Army land along the corridor alignment.Instructions were also issued to complete land-filling work for the proposed loop and flyover connecting Shaheed Path with Kisan Path before the monsoon season.
