Madhuri Dixit has leased a commercial office space in Mumbai’s Lower Parel for a period of five years, with the total rental value amounting to Rs 2.81 crore, according to documents reviewed by Square Yards.As per the registration papers, the office unit is situated in One Lodha Place and spans a carpet area of 731 sq ft. The agreement also includes one dedicated parking space. The transaction incurred a stamp duty of Rs 72,600, along with registration charges of Rs 1,000, and involved a security deposit of ₹17 lakh.The lease has been signed for 60 months (five years), with a structured rent escalation. The monthly rent starts at Rs 4.25 lakh in the first year and increases by 5 per cent to Rs 4.46 lakh in the second year. It further rises by 5 per cent to Rs 4.68 lakh in the third year, Rs 4.91 lakh in the fourth year, and reaches ₹5.16 lakh in the fifth year, the documents showed.Accordingly, the cumulative rental value over the entire five-year term is Rs 2.81 crore, SquareYards said. The deal was officially registered on March 24, 2026, with the property leased from Rinku Parikshit Joshi.On work front, Madhuri was last seen in Nagesh Kukunoor’s thriller series ‘Mrs Deshpande’ where she plays a complex serial killer. She also featured in the 2024 film ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ alongside Vidya Balan and Kartik Aaryan.
