Lucknow: A proposed one-stop tourism and culture centre along with a museum in Kaushambi and a cultural centre at Shringverpur were listed as key upcoming projects for the Prayagraj division tourism plan.These and 25 other projects under the division were reviewed by tourism minister Jaiveer Singh on Friday. Valued at Rs 39 crore, these projects are located across Prayagraj (15), Pratapgarh (6) and Fatehpur (4).Singh directed officials to complete all ongoing works costing up to Rs 1 crore by Nov. Additional chief secretary Amrit Abhijat, who also attended the meeting, directed agencies to conduct regular field inspections and resolve implementation issues within prescribed timelines.Officials said that the proposed ‘Parampara’ one stop centre for tourism and culture in Prayagraj, estimated at around Rs 8 crore, is planned as a common platform showcasing the division’s destinations, traditions and heritage while providing visitor information and services.
