Lucknow: Lucknow Development Authority will build Park View apartments in Basant Kunj scheme, opposite Rashtra Prerna Sthal, a project comprising 364 premium flats. The complex will come up close to the densely populated areas of old Lucknow and will connect with the Green Corridor, IIM Road, Dubagga Road and Chowk.Registration for flats will open from Mar 7 to Apr 6. Applications can be submitted only on LDA website. Flats will be allotted through a lottery system. Officials said the project was approved after a positive response in an online demand survey.The complex will be built over about 13,350 sq m and will have four towers. Towers A and B will have 16 floors each. Tower C will have 20 floors, while Tower D will have 17 floors.The project will offer 3BHK (bedroom, hall, kitchen) and 3BHK plus servant quarter. The size will be about 154 sq m and 195 sq m. Prices will start from Rs 75 lakh for 3BHK. The 3BHK plus servant units will be priced around Rs 95 lakh onwards.Special duty officer Devansh Trivedi said the society will have a swimming pool, park, clubhouse and kids’ play area. It will also have power backup and parking for over 455 vehicles. Commercial shops will also be built on the campus.The project is expected to be completed in three years and possession will be given within five years. Buyers can pay remaining amount in 36 monthly instalments after allotment. A 4–6% discount will be given for full payment within 45 to 90 days.LDA vice-chairman Prathamesh Kumar said applicants must deposit 5% of the estimated flat cost as the registration amount. The fee will be 2.5% for reserved categories.
