Pune: A seminar on “Future of Work: Navigating AI, Global Capability Centers and Global Shifts” organised by the HR Infotech Association, Pune Chapter, received an enthusiastic response.The session was addressed by Dr Rahul Bagale, Chief Human Resources Officer at Ultra Corpotech; Amol Gupta, India Head of Human Resources at BNY; Priya Damle, Chief Human Resources Officer at Neilsoft; Neville Postwala, Vice President – Talent at Harbinger Group; and Baliram Mutgekar, Co-founder of Saksham Bharat and Executive Member of HR Infotech Association.The programme was held on April 10 at Koregaon Park.The objective of the seminar was to hold in-depth discussions on the changes in the workplace driven by artificial intelligence, the growth of Global Capability Centers, and shifting global conditions. The panel brought together HR leaders from leading companies.Key topics discussed included AI-led transformation in human resources, growth and changes in Global Capability Centers, changing employee expectations, leadership roles in times of global uncertainty, AI-based “digital employees”, and workforce quality improvement and management.Baliram Mutgekar said, “The way work is done in the HR field is changing rapidly. This platform will help HR leaders share experiences and shape the future work culture.”The event was supported by Polestar and HireX.HR Infotech Association has been working for the past 30 years for HR professionals in the IT/ITES sector, focusing on building a strong network, knowledge sharing and supporting industry growth.
