By: Bhaskar MehareYAVATMAL: A 33-year-old homemaker, identified as Chetana Jadhav, died after consuming a poisonous substance following an argument with her husband over undercooked mutton in Borgaon village, Arni, on Friday night.According to reports, Chetana’s husband, Manoj had invited a friend home for a meal and asked her wife to prepare mutton. While the meal was being served in the courtyard, Manoj allegedly became angry in front of the guest claiming the mutton was not properly cooked leaving Chetana feeling humiliated. The argument soon escalated with Chetana raising Manoj’s alleged suspicious nature and alcohol addiction. Deeply hurt over her humiliation, Chetana went inside mid-meal and consumed poison. She was immediately rushed to Rural Hospital in Arni, where doctors declared her dead upon examination.Upon a complaint by Chetana’s maternal uncle, cops registered a case against Manoj.
