HYDERABAD: Five persons died when a Hayabusa bike crashed into a car at Mahabubnagar during the early hours of Monday.The accident occurred at Palakonda area on Mahabubnagar bypass when a car slowed down to take a U turn. The bike coming from behind, rammed into the rear portion of the car at a high speed. The bike rider and the pillion died on the spot.Three persons sitting in the car’s rear seat also suffered severe injuries and died. The deceased from the car were identified as, Arsha Begum, 31, Upeja, 7, and Umar, 2, all residents of Mahbubnagar. One of the deceased travelling on the bike was identified as Yajub Afzal, 25, of Hyderabad. The identity of the other rider is yet to be ascertained.Mahabubnagar Rural police said that the accident occurred at around 1 am and they are yet to receive a complaint.
