GURGAON: A fresh controversy has erupted around comedian Pranit More’s show after another video from the programme went viral on social media, in which a woman from the audience was allegedly seen making comments about male cadavers’ private parts. The purported clip has triggered criticism online, with several users questioning the remarks and calling them disrespectful. After the video gained traction, the woman reportedly made her Instagram account private, according to reports.A netizen tweeted, “A woman said that when a dead body comes into the hospital, she and her friends joke about his private parts. But there is no outrage over that. Why is our society so biased?”Another X user wrote, “As a medical student, mocking a cadaver is one of the worst things you can do. I still remember the poem written on the first page of Anatomy Book, by B.D. Chaurasia, where a cadaver pours his heart out and asks to be handled with love and care (sic).”The controversy comes days after another clip from Pranit More’s show featuring a man named Himanshu Jangra went viral. In the video, Jangra was seen speaking about a date where he spent around Rs 360-Rs 370 on chicken biryani and a water bottle. He later claimed that after dropping the woman home, he felt entitled to physical intimacy and used the phrase “vasool toh karunga”.The remarks sparked widespread backlash, with users criticising Jangra and Pranit More for laughing during the conversation.Amid the criticism, Pranit More deactivated his social media account.
