The school principal said the girl was studying at the institution since Class IX. “She was a sincere student. Her death has deeply saddened the entire school,” she said.Mental health experts have stressed the need for greater emotional support for students during examination periods. Psychiatrist Dr Shobhit Saxena said that failure is a part of life and should not be seen as the end. “Parents must support their children, avoid scolding them, and spend time with them if they appear distressed. If needed, professional help should be sought, and children should not be left alone during vulnerable periods,” he advised.
