Anthropic shipped Agent View, a unified dashboard for managing multiple concurrent Claude Code sessions from one place. Instead of juggling terminal tabs or tmux grids, developers can now see all running agents, check which ones need input, peek at the last turn, and respond inline without full context switches. Sessions can be backgrounded with /bg or launched headless via –bg, and the view surfaces scheduled run times for long-running agents. The feature is available as a research preview across Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise plans. As coding agents become persistent background processes rather than one-shot interactions, the tooling around orchestration and visibility is catching up – Cursor, Windsurf, and Codex have all been iterating on similar multi-agent management patterns.
