DM reviews arrangements for Kakori Action anniversary
Lucknow district magistrate Vishakh G on Thursday inspected preparations for the Kakori train action anniversary programme to be held on Aug 9 at Kakori Memorial in Bajnagar. He reviewed arrangements at the venue, approach roads and surrounding areas, directing officials to complete sanitation, repair and beautification works on time. Authorities were also asked to make adequate arrangements to prevent waterlogging during the monsoon. Culture department will refurbish the memorial and install new name plaques.
