Moments later, people outside raised an alarm after Bhurji was found lying critically injured on the ground below the building. He was rushed to Civil Hospital, where doctors declared him dead.Following the incident, Bhurji’s younger brother submitted a written complaint alleging that the MLA’s caretaker, Mohammad Arif, was responsible for his brother’s death and sought a fair investigation into the matter.Meanwhile, Bhurji’s funeral was held at Bhainsakund crematorium, where a large number of relatives, supporters, and party workers gathered to pay their last respects.
