Lucknow: A farmer riding a motorcycle in Nausad area of Gorakhpur suffered a deep cut on his neck from Chinese manjha (kite string) on Monday evening. He had to be administered seven stitches to contain the bleeding. His condition is now stated to be stable.The accident took place on Monday evening when Rampratap Nishad (55) was on his way to Haraiya market on his motorcycle. At a short distance from the market, he suffered a deep cut on the neck and blood started gushing out from it. It took a while for Rampratap to understand that he had manjha entwined around his neck.Putting up a brave front, Rampratap took off the T-shirt that he was wearing and headed to a doctor, who administered seven stitches.
