Lucknow: Aliganj Police on Tuesday registered two FIRs against four people accused of allegedly forging ownership documents and executing fraudulent sale deeds to grab land belonging to the around 100-year-old Aliganj Hanuman Temple. The cases were filed on a complaint by the temple trust after alleged irregularities surfaced during a joint land demarcation carried out by the LMC and the revenue dept. “Police have begun separate investigations into both cases,” said SHO Aliganj Dhruv Kumar.
