The Indian Postal Department is set to announce the India Post GDS Result 2026 for 28,636 vacancies across the country. The total number of vacancies advertised is 28,636.The candidates who have passed Class 10 in Mathematics and English and have knowledge of the local language are eligible. The age limit for the candidates is between 18 and 40 years as of January 1, 2026. The selection process comprises the preparation of a merit list on the basis of Class 10 marks and the verification of documents.First, the shortlisted candidates will be notified for document verification within a maximum of 15 days after the selection. They are required to bring the original documents as well as two sets of self, attested photocopies.
